What does our service include?
Premium exterior clean of your balcony surfaces, listed as:
interior facing surfaces of balcony balustrades
exterior facing surfaces of fixed glass windows and sliding doors
We use a combination of our proprietary pure water cleaning system and traditional window cleaning techniques for the best results.
All surfaces will be scrubbed and rinsed with pure triple filtered deionised water for a spot free clean that cares for your property.
A cleaning schedule will be provided to give you notice of the cleaning dates.
What does our service NOT include?
Removal of any excess debris, rubbish, pot plant runoff, stains, hard water staining, paint drips, rust, mould, grease, grime, or oil.
Mopping of balcony floors - floors will be scrubbed and rinsed with clean pure water. Please note that good results are dependant on good drainage. We recommend that you give the floor a sweep and clear any debris from around the drain prior to our service for best results.
Removal of any defects that require buffing, chemical treatment, or any work methods not described.
Any other areas/surfaces not described.
Moving items for cleaning - please clear belongings and move furniture away from walls and windows as much as possible to allow access for a thorough clean.
If there is a risk of damaging your belongings or we cannot access safely, we may cancel your service without notice. If this happens your payment will be refunded.
