To keep this offer simple and affordable, the following are not included:
  • Stain removal (e.g. hard water marks, rust, paint, mould, grease or oil)
  • Chemical treatment, buffing or abrasion
 
  • Any areas or surfaces not specifically listed above
  • Moving furniture or personal items
 
Please ensure windows and access areas are clear. If access is blocked or unsafe, your booking may be skipped and refunded.

  • Balcony Glass Cleaning Terms & Conditions

    By booking a balcony clean with Abseil Pro, you agree to the following terms.

     

    1. Scope of Service

    Your booking includes a surface clean using pure deionised water across the following areas, where accessible and unobstructed:

    • Interior-facing surfaces of balcony balustrades

    • Exterior-facing surfaces of fixed glass and sliding doors

     

    2. Exclusions

    The following are not included in this service:

    • Stain removal (e.g. rust, paint, calcium, hard water, mould, oil or planter run-off)

    • Deep cleaning, chemical treatment or abrasive scrubbing

    • Mopping or drying of tiled floors

    • Removal of debris, rubbish or heavy organic matter

    • Any surfaces or areas blocked by furniture, pot plants or personal items

    • Repairs or treatment of surface defects or damage

    • Additional balconies or outdoor areas not covered in your selection

     

    3. Resident Preparation Requirements

    To ensure a successful clean:

    • All furniture and personal items must be moved away from glass and railings

    • If access is blocked or unsafe, we may cancel or skip the service. If this happens, your payment will be refunded

     

    4. Size Accuracy

    Pricing is based on the balcony size selected during booking. If your balcony exceeds the nominated size band, additional charges may apply or your booking may be cancelled.
    If in doubt, please email us with a photo for clarification.

     

    5. Inspection and Reporting

    We want you to be happy with the result. If you have any concerns:

    • Email info@abseil.pro

    • Include a description of the issue and clear supporting photos

    • Reports must be submitted within 48 hours of the service

    After this time, the clean will be deemed accepted and closed.

     

    6. Reinspection and Rectification

    If a valid concern is raised within 48 hours:

    • We will review your photos and, if required, inspect the site

    • If the concern relates to included surfaces and is within scope, we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost

    • If the issue relates to an excluded item (e.g. staining or blocked access), we will offer a quote for additional works

     

    7. Refunds

    Refunds are considered only if:

    • You cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the building clean

    • We are unable to complete the defined scope of work

    • You reported the concern within the required timeframe

    • The issue relates to the advertised inclusions

     

    8. Photos and Documentation

    Abseil Pro may take time-stamped before and after photos during the clean for quality assurance.
    By booking this service, you consent to this process.

     

    9. Agreement

    By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the above terms. You also confirm that:

    • The selected balcony size is accurate

    • The area will be cleared and prepared for access

    • You understand the difference between surface cleaning and stain removal

    • You accept the reporting and resolution timeframes listed above

     

    10. Cancellations

    We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the building clean will receive a full refund

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start will be considered a late cancellation, and no refund will be issued
